The client must carefully use the property of the company provided to him. Full liability for loss or damage to equipment of Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc company during rental lies with the client
Riding a motorbike has risks. The Client takes full responsibility for: (a) the Equipment; and (b) the safety of the Client and others. The Client acknowledges that there are risks associated with riding, hiring, and using the equipment.
The Client guarantees that everyone who will use the equipment is competent to do so, will use it as it was intended to be used, will adhere to all safety and use-related instructions provided by Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc, and will abide by all legal requirements pertaining to the use and control of the equipment.

Without the permission of Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc, the Client will not alter or modify the Equipment. Without Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc's consent, any alterations or modifications made by the Client to the Equipment will be deemed damage, and article 6-7) will then be applicable.
Damage or loss
Damage or loss
For any loss or damage to the Equipment during the Rental Term, the Client is exclusively liable. In the event that the Equipment is damaged or lost, the Client shall contact Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc right away and will abide by any reasonable directions given by Motorbike Rental Phu Cuoc in this regard.
The Client shall be responsible for and shall pay Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc for the full cost of all repairs, including the cost of replacing any damaged parts and any labor required to return the Equipment to the condition it was in prior to the start of the Hire Period, in the event of damage to the Equipment (excluding reasonable wear and tear and any damage to inner parts), however caused. For the avoidance of doubt, Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc shall have the exclusive right to decide in a reasonable manner whether the Equipment has been damaged during the Hire Period, whether such damage is beyond normal wear and tear, the extent of such damage, and the total cost of the necessary repairs.
Notwithstanding the reason for the loss of the Equipment, the Client will be liable for covering the full cost of Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc replacing that Equipment.
In addition to the expenses listed in articles 6) and 7), the client is liable for and shall hold Motorbike Rental Phu Quoc harmless from any income losses sustained by the company as a result of the Equipment's unavailability for hire owing to damage or loss. The price of missed income will not be greater than the cost of renting the equipment for 30 days at the going rate.
Payment
- For Rental only full payment is required upon renting. Payment will be made by cash or bank transfer to Vietnamese bank account before renting start
- If the service becomes unavailable for the Hire Period due to circumstances beyond Motorbike Rental Mui Ne control (such as theft, fire, earthquake, or damage from an earlier hire contract), Motorbike Rental Mui Ne will use its best efforts to offer the Client a suitable alternative. If Motorbike Rental Mui Ne is unable to offer a suitable alternative, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to Motorbike Rental Mui Ne, minus any costs Motorbike Rental Mui Ne has incurred related to this booking.
- No refunds will be made for early returns, late pickups, no-shows or change of mind
